Our Story
A Taste of Authentic China in Hobart
HEJO's Chinese restaurant is a seafood speciality restaurant located at 133 Elizabeth Street, Hobart. Named after the family names of our founders "He" and "Zou", we bring authentic Chinese flavors with modern culinary techniques, using only the freshest Tasmanian ingredients.
Our Master Chef He was inspired by the abundance of Tasmania's natural ingredients — from organic vegetables to fresh seafood — to create dishes that are uniquely our own.
